A New Area Called Frosty Ruins

You Could Add A New Area Called Frosty Ruins That Could Be Home To Articuno On level 50!But Like In HGSS and GSC's Ruins of Alph You Can Add Riddles Of Ice And Water Pokemon!

This would give something for players to look forward to but I think we would see everyone walking around with this legendary bird pokemon then, unless the percent to catch it is VERY low or the riddles vary (players will most likely ask for answers and other players will probably give them). Even with a low percentage to catch this pokemon may not be enough to stop players from trying. It is a legendary after all...
